These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx90 is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where olx90 operates under an international license, the licensing jurisdiction's laws may apply to certain disputes.
Users in Pakistan are expressly advised that Pakistani courts apply Pakistani law to Pakistani residents. olx90 makes no representations as to whether these Terms are enforceable in Pakistan or whether the Platform's content is lawful under Pakistani law. Users engage with the Platform on this basis.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting olx90 at the email address in Clause 17. If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution in accordance with the applicable governing law.
